Senco Home Services is a licensed home improvement contractor based in Tewksbury, MA, serving Tewksbury, Billerica, Wilmington, Andover, North Andover, Chelmsford, Lowell, Dracut, Reading, North Reading, Burlington, and Methuen. We provide:

General related repairs for existing roofing and siding clients

This website describes our services and lets homeowners request a free quote — it does not itself provide roofing or construction services.

Estimates & Quotes Are Not Binding Contracts

Any estimate, instant roof quote, or price range shown on this site (including the general "roof now, pay later" and cost-range figures) is for informational purposes only and is not a binding offer or contract. Actual pricing, scope of work, materials, and timeline are determined by an on-site assessment and are only final once put in a signed written contract between you and Senco. Nothing on this website should be relied upon as a guaranteed price.

Warranties

Work performed by Senco is backed by a 50-Year CertainTeed Materials & Labor Warranty plus a 10-Year Senco Workmanship Warranty, both provided in writing. These are the only warranty figures we advertise, and the specific terms, coverage, and conditions that apply to your project are set out in your signed contract and any manufacturer warranty documentation provided at project completion. Nothing on this website expands, modifies, or substitutes for those written warranty terms.

Website Use & Intellectual Property

The content on this site — including text, photos, graphics, logos, and the Senco name and branding — belongs to Senco Home Services or is used with permission (for example, CertainTeed and manufacturer logos). You may view and share pages of this site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose our content, photos, or branding for commercial use without our written permission.

Third-Party Links

This site links to third-party services we don't control, most notably GreenSky for financing applications.
